What can OnBio's cooling units be used for?

We supply silent portable cooling for outdoor events, marquees and film & TV, from industrial heat pumps to convenient portable AC units. They suit wedding marquees, corporate events, festivals and markets, as well as film sets, costume marquees, prosthetics workshops, warehouses and industrial spaces.

Are the cooling units quiet enough for events and filming?

Yes. Silent operation is a key feature, so there is no disruption during speeches, performances or filming, which is one of the main reasons productions and event organisers choose them over noisier alternatives.

What areas do you cover, and how quickly can you deliver?

We serve events and productions across the South East, including London, Surrey, Kent, Sussex, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire, from our base in High Wycombe. Next-day delivery is available, with fast local delivery across the region.

What power supply do the cooling units need?

Our units can run on 16amp, 32amp, 63amp or 125amp three-phase supplies, so we can often make use of efficient local power. Where local power is not available, we can run the chillers and air handlers from generators on HVO renewable diesel, with refuelling handled through our Fuel Management Service.

What size cooling systems do you offer?

We have a range to match the space, from a 7.5kW Avalanche and a 50kW rooftop unit up to 75kW, 150kW and 300kW chillers. We tailor every install to your specific needs and structure.

Do you install the cooling, or just drop it off?

Our skilled technicians handle the install and tailor each one to your requirements. We understand the demands of film and TV, respond quickly, and fit effective cooling into any type of structure, from marquees to warehouses.
